Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service/front-desk experience
• Experience in veterinary reception or healthcare front-desk preferred
• Proficiency managing a multi-line phone system
• Experience with veterinary practice management software (Avimark preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records
• Positive attitude and team player
