You will create exceptional client experiences, manage appointments, handle multi-line phones, process transactions, and support clients with information about our services.

Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and highly organized, thriving in a team-focused customer service environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and assisting in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially Avimark preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service during routine and sensitive situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and welcome them to the hospital.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments and calendars.
• Answer multi-line phone system and assist on-site clients.
