Responsibilities

• Answer the practice phones.
• Schedule appointments for well, sick, and surgical visits.
• Issue invoices and process payments after appointments.
• Keep the lobby area clean and organized at all times.
• Greet visitors and patients by name and assist staff as needed.
• Answer emails and other communications.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Provide backup support to technical staff when primary staff are occupied.
