No prior experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. We offer a 4‑day work week (four 10‑hour shifts), with nights and weekends off, plus a comprehensive benefits package starting on day 31.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and respond to questions with a friendly approach.

• Process incoming/outgoing payments and manage text, fax, and email inquiries.
• Maintain client information and service data in the operations system.
• Monitor waiting area cleanliness and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
