BluePearl Pet Hospital in Olympia, WA is seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital. The role involves coordinating patient flow, triaging medical calls, and maintaining clear communication with clients and staff.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will serve as a liaison between front and back of the hospital, optimize patient care processes, and support the team across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor waiting and exam room clients and update them on wait times and patient status
• Coordinate patient flow between front desk, exam rooms and clinical staff to minimize delays
• Triage medical phone calls and facilitate client/doctor communication
• Manage discharge appointments and coordinate with technical team for smooth patient exits
• Handle ER visit follow-up calls for both locations and address client concerns
