Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital Houston Heights is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and deliver friendly, efficient service. You will educate clients, handle documentation, invoicing, prescriptions and scheduling in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18, and one year of related customer service experience; a medical background is preferred. Weekend/evening hours may apply.

Qualifications

• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize productivity.
• Provide professional and exceptional service, welcome clients and educate them on pet health.
• Assist with documentation, invoicing, dispensing prescriptions and scheduling visits.
