VCA Stoney Creek Animal Hospital is seeking a positive Client Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The CSR will be the face of the practice, delivering excellent service to clients and their pets while supporting daily operations and clinic efficiency.

The role involves greeting and guiding clients, scheduling appointments, handling payments, recommending products, and educating clients on pet care and prevention.

Qualifications

• Greeting visitors and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and contacting prospective clients.
• Explaining fees and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Recommending and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Educating clients on general pet care and husbandry.
• Maintaining medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Ensuring the hospital is neat and clean at all times.
