Responsibilities

• Follow Petsense by Tractor Supply mission and values.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Complete Level 1 (5–8 weeks) and Level 2 (10 weeks) training as part of Paragon program.
• Assist in generating business by calling customers and scheduling appointments.
• Ensure safety and well‑being of animals.
• Maintain records of services and vaccinations.
