Paradise Pet Lodge Inc in Woodinville, WA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to manage reservations, grooming appointments, and check-ins for our dog and cat boarding facility.

The role requires excellent customer service, reliability, and the ability to operate the Atlantis pet care system; full-time weekdays, weekends, and some holidays; starting wage $19-$20 per hour DOE, with benefits including medical, dental, 401k, and PTO, and even bringing your dog to work.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience is required (at least 1 year).
• Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make boarding reservations.
• Schedule grooming appointments.
• Check in & out clients.
• Answer the phones.
• Clean lobby area.
• Document and label each pet's belongings.
• Be professional and effective with communication.
• Walk the animal to its designated spot.
• Operate Atlantis pet care system and enter data accurately.
• Manage cash, check, and Visa transactions.
• Coordinate with staff to meet client and pet needs.
• Obtain vaccination records.
