Job summary

Your Pet Space in New Mexico is seeking a Client Services Specialist to deliver outstanding client service, enroll new clients, manage reservations, and maintain retail inventory. You will process invoices and payments, and ensure the reception, intro room, and common areas stay clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of client service and payment processing experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong math and sales skills preferred.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with software tools and keeping clean records.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with professional, friendly communication.
• Answer and document calls, voicemails, texts, and emails promptly.
• Manage reservations and boarding inventory using Moego Software.
• Send photos/videos of pets and recommend services.
• Coordinate with daycare staff for opening/closing and pickups.
• Maintain supply inventory and order office/facility items.
• Process invoices and payments and reconcile cash daily.
• Ensure client paperwork is complete and filed.
• Perform assigned cleaning duties per schedule.
• Keep Leads and Owners informed about emergencies or updates.
