You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, and coordinate with a collaborative veterinary team in a four-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent experience as a veterinary Client Service Representative.
• Experience with IDEXX Cornerstone practice management software is required.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones and route calls.
• Respond to voicemails promptly.
• Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar.
• Check patients in and out and maintain records.
• Collect payments and process invoices; review estimates with clients.
• Explain hospital policies, pricing, and services clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians and doctors to support patient flow.
• Handle client questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby.
• Support efficient daily hospital workflow.
• Contribute to a positive experience for clients, patients, and teammates.
