Job summary

PetIQ is seeking a Feed Production Operator in Utah to operate mixers, extruders, and formers, ensuring accurate production of all formulas. The role emphasizes maintaining sanitation, following SQF guidelines, and applying Lean principles to maximize efficiency.

You will work in a team environment, adhere to schedules, and support safety and quality standards across production areas. Forklift certification is required and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers, extruders, and formers as assigned.
• Accurately mix and produce formulas including extruded, formed, and cold-formed products.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and equipment per SQF standards.
• Apply Lean principles to reduce waste and boost productivity in forming processes.
• Report any pest issues, accidents, or equipment breakdowns to supervisor.
