Job summary

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain production equipment to support smooth and safe manufacturing.
• Follow safety and quality standards and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Maintain records and data entry as needed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50–55 pounds and performing manual labor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production line efficiency to ensure timely load and shipment.
• Be a reliable team member with prompt attendance and strong performance.
• Communicate with team members and leadership to improve processes.
• Keep the worksite clean to prevent hazards from chemicals and fragile products.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines throughout the facility.
• Operate processes including mixing, bagging, spray drying, fluid bed drying and powered lift equipment.
