VEG ER for Pets in Colorado is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator who defines the customer journey through service, focus, and participation. You are outgoing, personable, and professional, with a passion for saying yes to pets and their families, and you will help shape a welcoming, efficient ER experience.

In this role you will greet customers, manage communications, guide them through financial options, coordinate with nurses and doctors, and follow up after visits to strengthen

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a customer service role.
• Advanced proficiency with computer programs and PMS.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in a noisy environment with odors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, by phone, or online with warmth.
• Manage customer communications and route urgent medical calls.
• Deliver personalized experiences and say yes to needs.
• Listen, resolve concerns promptly, and anticipate issues.
• Keep nursing team and doctors updated on customer needs.
