Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Must be comfortable in a noisy, odor-heavy hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person, over the phone, or online with urgency and care.
• Manage all customer communications, record details, and route urgent calls to a doctor.
• Deliver personalized, memorable experiences and find ways to say yes to customer needs.
• Listen with empathy, resolve concerns quickly, anticipate issues, and keep teams updated.
• Coordinate with nursing and doctors for a seamless care experience.
