VEG ER for Pets in Greenville, SC is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Coordinator to define and improve the client journey across in-person, phone, and online interactions. You will ensure empathetic, efficient service from greeting to post-visit follow-up, prioritizing pets and their owners at every touchpoint.

In this role you will collaborate with nurses and doctors, manage communications, and guide families through financial and end-of-life decisions with sensitivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, over the phone, or online with warmth and urgency.
• Oversee all customer communications and route urgent medical calls to a doctor quickly.
• Deliver personalized, memorable experiences and say yes to customer needs.
• Listen with empathy, resolve concerns quickly, and anticipate issues.
• Keep nursing team and doctors updated on customer needs for a seamless care experience.
• Provide confidential guidance on financial options and end-of-life decisions.
• Process payments accurately while protecting information.
• Follow up with customers after visits to check on pet care.
