Job summary

VEG ER for Pets is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to shape the patient and client journey across in-person, phone, and online interactions. You will greet customers, route urgent calls to clinicians, and craft memorable experiences while upholding privacy and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a customer service role.
• Proficient with practice management software and computer programs.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person, on the phone, or online with urgency.
• Manage calls, emails, and texts; route urgent medical calls to a doctor quickly.
• Deliver personalized experiences and say yes to customer needs.
• Listen empathetically; resolve concerns rapidly and anticipate issues.
• Keep nursing team and doctors updated on patient needs for seamless care.
• Provide confidential guidance on financial options and end-of-life decisions.
