Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of in-person customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and messaging programs.
• Fluent English (speaking & reading) required; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-line phone systems, route messages, and schedule appointments.
• Assist with front desk duties, check-ins/check-outs, and client communication.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate with hospital team to expedite urgent emergency cases.
