Ethos Veterinary Health’s PET Emergency Treatment in Anchorage, AK is hiring a Client Services Representative to greet clients, coordinate patient flow, and connect clients, doctors, and staff with warmth and clarity.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with 10-hour shifts, a competitive hourly rate of $18.00–$20.00 plus a shift bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Previous veterinary or medical experience is valued; strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette, listening skills, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous veterinary or medical experience preferred.
• Proficiency with office software and phone systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service
• Manage high call volumes and client check-in/check-out processes
• Accurately maintain client records and financial accounts
• Triage incoming cases over the phone and in person
• Offer compassionate support to grieving or stressed clients
• Resolve service issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain excellent communication between clients, staff, and veterinarians
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture
