Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a Client Services Representative for our PET Emergency Treatment in Anchorage, AK. This role offers full-time and part-time options with 10-hour shifts at a 24-hour emergency hospital.

You will greet clients, coordinate patient flow, and serve as the essential link between clients, doctors, and staff. We value warm communication, empathy, and a customer-first mindset in every patient interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette, listening skills, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous veterinary or medical experience preferred.
• Proficiency with office software and phone systems a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service.
• Manage high call volumes and client check-in/check-out processes.
• Accurately maintain client records and financial accounts.
• Triage incoming cases over the phone and in person.
• Offer compassionate support to grieving or stressed clients.
• Resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain excellent communication between clients, staff, and veterinarians.
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture.
