Lucy’s Doggy Daycare & Spa Loop 1604 is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for clients and their dogs. You will greet pets and owners, answer questions about boarding, grooming, and daycare, and help ensure a fantastic experience.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, scheduling reservations, processing check-ins/check-outs, and coordinating with grooming staff. Must enjoy working with animals and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication via phone, email, and in person with professional demeanor.
• Strong teamwork to ensure guests and pet parents are cared for.
• Background in customer service preferred, a drive to meet/exceed client expectations.
• Flexible schedule; willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to assist with dogs of various sizes during shifts.
• Genuine love for working with animals is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets warmly at arrival.
• Answer phone and emails with helpful information about services.
• Schedule and manage reservations for boarding, grooming, and daycare.
• Assist with front desk duties, check-ins/outs, and basic kennel operations.
• Coordinate with grooming and kennel staff about dogs’ needs.
