Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and operate PET-CT and CT imaging systems. You will work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate, high-quality diagnostic images for patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold CNMT or PET certification, ARRT NM/CT credentials, and BLS certification. This role offers daytime hours (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) at our Decatur/Atlanta-area campus within a dynamic imaging team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology and/or Radiologic Technology program.
• CNMT or PET certification recognized.
• Advanced CT certification (ARRT or NMTCB) required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients and operate imaging equipment for diagnostic imaging or therapeutic purposes.
• Utilize PET-CT technology to combine nuclear medicine and CT to provide detailed 2D and 3D images.
• Collaborate with radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians to ensure safe and accurate image acquisition.

Nuclear Medicine Technology or Radiologic Technology program

CNMT or PET certification
