Northside Hospital in Atlanta seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to prepare radiopharmaceuticals and operate PET/CT imaging equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. You will work closely with radiologists to ensure safe, accurate imaging and data collection for patient diagnoses.
Requirements include accredited Nuclear Medicine or Radiologic Technology training, CNMT or PET certification OR ARRT registration, and advanced CT certification. BLS is also required.

Responsible for preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients and operating imaging equipment for diagnostic imaging or therapeutic purposes. Utilizes PET-CT technology to combine nuclear medicine and computed tomography to provide detailed 2D and 3D images. Administers contrast and performs diagnostic imaging in both the PET and CT modalities. Works closely with physicians, particularly radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians, to ensure the safe and accurate acquisition of images and data needed for diagnosing and treating diseases.
