Admiral Group is seeking a Pet Claims Handler to join our growing claims team. The role focuses on assessing pet insurance claims up to £10,000 and coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone, webchat and email.

The position offers a hybrid work model with office presence in Peterborough and remote work options. The successful candidate will support the claims processing teams, ensure adherence to policies, and contribute to business changes and process improvements.

Formación

• Strong communication skills across phone, webchat and email.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing claims.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Assess pet insurance claims up to £10,000, including New and Continuation claims.
• Engage with customers and suppliers via phone, webchat and email.
• Support claims processing teams and contribute to process improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve claims-related submissions and coordinate activity.
• Input into development of claims processes and customer journey.
