Job summary

Lucky Dog Bark & Brew Steele Creek is looking for a warm and friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. You will greet guests, answer questions about our boarding, grooming and daycare services, and help create a fantastic experience for every pet and parent.

You will schedule appointments, manage reservations, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with grooming and kennel staff to meet each dog's needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication via phone, email, and in person.
• Previous customer service background is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfort with handling dogs and maintaining safety during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets at arrival with a friendly demeanor.
• Answer phone calls and emails with information about services.
• Schedule appointments and manage reservations.
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs and front desk operations.
• Coordinate with grooming and kennel staff to meet each dog's needs.
• Escort dogs to play areas, kennels, and other facilities.
• Maintain clean and organized front office and reception area.
