Job summary

Lucky Dog Bark & Brew Lake Norman is seeking a warm and friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and their dogs. You’ll greet guests, answer questions about boarding, grooming, and daycare, and help ensure every visit is a fantastic experience.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, scheduling appointments, handling phones and email, coordinating with grooming and kennel staff, and keeping the front office neat.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills: phone, interpersonal, and written, with proper spelling and grammar.
• Customer service background preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Able to handle dogs and interact with pet parents.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and their dogs at arrival.
• Answer phone calls and emails with a positive attitude about services.
• Schedule appointments and manage reservations for boarding, grooming, daycare.
• Assist with front desk operations including check-ins/outs and client needs.
• Coordinate with grooming and kennel staff for pet care requirements.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and organization.
