Petsense team members provide legendary customer service at Tractor Supply Company locations. This role involves assisting customers, handling cash, stocking merchandise, and caring for live animals in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Shifts vary and may include evenings, weekends and overtime. No experience is required, and basic reading/writing skills are needed; pet knowledge is a plus. A benefits-focused environment supports employees and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register following cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases.
• Maintain merchandise and complete Plan-o-gram duties.
• Ensure safety and well-being of live animals.
• Complete documentation for duties.
