Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply seeks a motivated Team Member to deliver Legendary customer service while supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks.

You will interact with customers and live animals, assist with merchandising, cash handling, and basic store operations, while maintaining safety and cleanliness. No experience is required; training provided, weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma preferred but not required; read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and process transactions.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and product questions.
• Stock and merchandise products according to Plan-o-gram procedures.
• Care for live animals and maintain holding areas and habitats.
• Complete all documentation related to duties.
