Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Route Service Representative in Reno, NV. The role involves daily, face-to-face interactions with veterinary clinics and pet parents, managing a demanding route, and handling pets with care and professionalism.

You will be responsible for pickups and deliveries, documentation, and maintaining strong clinic relationships. Training is provided, with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service, account management, or route-based experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted clinic relationships.
• Ensure pets are handled and transported with dignity.
• Execute pickups and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Document requests and follow through.
• Interact with pet parents with compassion and professionalism.
• Return to the Care Center to unload pets and hand off to Operations.
• Maintain responsibility for each pet until properly received and documented.
• Provide clinics with information on services and commemorative options; refer leads to Business Development.
