Responsibilities

• Review daily routes and load equipment before departure.
• Visit clinics and maintain professional relationships.
• Retrieve deceased pets respectfully.
• Use tech to scan pets at pickup/delivery and verify details.
• Document requests and complete follow-through.
• Interact with pet parents with compassion and professionalism.
• Return to Care Center to unload pets and complete handoffs.
