Qualifications

• Previous veterinary reception, medical reception, or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions and requests.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments.
• Assist clients and patients with the check-in and check-out process.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records.
• Manage prescription refill requests according to hospital protocols.
• Relay messages and client concerns to veterinarians and medical team members.
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding hospital services, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate communication between clients and the medical team.
• Support daily hospital operations and help maintain an efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Provide exceptional customer service during both routine and emotionally challenging situations.
