Job summary

WellHaven Pet Health – Coon Rapids is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming first contact for clients and pets. You will convert calls into appointments, manage scheduling, and support the front desk with accurate records and polite communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably at a front desk or call center.
• 1+ years of computer use (typing, email, software).

Responsibilities

• Fill the client schedule each day to provide access to care.
• Greet clients and patients in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Convert incoming calls into scheduled appointments and manage reminders.
• Promote care plans and preventive services to clients.
• Perform cashier duties and daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and smooth phone-to-appointment flow.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to optimize client experience.
