You will manage scheduling, assist with cashier duties, and help maintain accurate records while coordinating with the veterinary team to ensure positive client experiences and ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of computer experience (typing, email, other software).
• Veterinary experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fill the client schedule daily by greeting clients and patients.
• Convert incoming calls to appointments and manage scheduling.
• Promote Care Companion Plans and services during calls.
• Perform weekly reminder calls for due/overdue services to book appointments.
• Handle cashier duties and reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and documentation for smooth calls to care transitions.
