Job summary

Altitude Animal Hospital in Highlands Ranch, part of Western Veterinary Partners, seeks a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage appointments, and support daily patient flow.

This part-time role offers $18–$21 per hour, with a flexible schedule including Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and one Saturday shift per month, plus a comprehensive benefits package for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred
• Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
