Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; active listening and clear dialogue.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge-based customer service skills and sales techniques.
• Proficiency with using office and sales equipment (phones, computers, printers, POS, reservation software).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Proficiency with roles as Daycare and Petcare Attendant.
• Flexibility and reliability to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to function well independently in a sometimes stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in person, online, and by phone.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and offer services and merchandise.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Maintain schedule and reservation system; manage grooming, boarding, and daycare bookings.
• Process payments using the resort POS system.
• Assist Pet Care and Day Care teams; perform Day Care and Pet Care Attendant duties as needed.
• Adhere to pet and human safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with customers and Resort Team Members.
• Represent Pawville positively to customers and team members.
