You will greet clients and their pets, book appointments, answer phone calls, assist with pet food orders, facilitate prescriptions, fax and email records, and help maintain a clean, inviting environment.

Formación

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift/carry 35 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Punctual, must be able to work Saturdays.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and Facebook.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and pets when they arrive.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
• Provide general client service and attend to needs such as food orders, prescriptions, faxing and emailing records.
