Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and respond to questions.
• Process incoming and outgoing patients and handle payments.
• Answer phone calls, screen for service needs and schedule appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail.
• Monitor waiting area for cleanliness.
• Document and maintain client information and service data in practice management software.
• Escalate complex matters to senior staff.
