Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age to work independently in dog parks.

Responsibilities

• Serve at the Welcome Desk, handle check-ins/outs, scheduling, payments and inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients and their dogs.
• Maintain daily lobby cleanliness and stay informed on services offered.
• Process items and boarding details, ensure accurate records and payments.
• Attend daily recap meetings and participate in team communication.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in cross-training as needed.
• Support with additional cleaning tasks and dog handling duties as required.
