Petco is seeking a Key Holder to act as a trusted member of the leadership team, helping ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and a safe, secure environment for pets, partners, and customers.

You will support store leadership by supervising partners, opening and closing the store, and serving as a point of contact when management is not present. This role fits someone who enjoys leading on the sales floor and solving problems in the moment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or supervisory experience required.
• Experience leading a team on the sales floor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
