Job summary

Petco is hiring a Key Holder to lead daily store operations and supervise partners on the sales floor. You will ensure safety, customer service excellence, and adherence to merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Prev. retail experience required; supervisory exposure preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and manage daily operations.
• Supervise partners and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain merchandising and inventory, including sign-age and pricing.
• Handle cash transactions and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Act as a point of contact in the absence of store management.
