Job summary

Tractor Supply Company / Petsense is seeking a Team Member to deliver legendary customer service by engaging customers, handling transactions, stocking, and maintaining store standards. You will support selling initiatives and assist with Live Animal care while working a varied schedule.

No prior experience required; high school diploma preferred; strong reading, writing and counting skills are important.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; Retail experience and/or pet knowledge preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and process transactions.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processes.
• Execute Plan-o-gram merchandising, sets and resets.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain welfare of live animals.
