Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to deliver legendary customer service while supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a focus on accuracy in cash handling and merchandise care.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the safety of live animals. Prior retail or pet knowledge is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participating in freight processes.
• Execute Plan-o-gram merchandising and resets.
• Assemble merchandise and perform loading duties for customers.
• Perform janitorial duties and handle pricing changes/markdowns.
• Ensure safety and well-being of live animals and maintain holding tanks.
• Complete all documentation for duties.
