Job summary

Tractor Supply and Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to deliver legendary customer service while supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks. You will be available for flexible shifts, work varied hours, including nights and weekends, and help with live animals and store upkeep.

No prior experience is required; a high school diploma is preferred, and basic computer skills are beneficial. Join a team-focused environment that values reliability and customer care.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Ability to work varied hours, days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and assist customers with purchases.
• Recovery of merchandise and participation in freight and merchandising tasks.
• Maintain live animal care areas including feeding, habitats and sanitation.
• Complete documentation for all job duties and ensure safety guidelines.
