Job summary

Heart + Paw is seeking a Care Coordinator (Veterinary Receptionist) to welcome clients, manage schedules, answer questions, and process transactions in a fast-paced, pet-friendly setting.

You will help educate clients on services, grooming, daycare, and boarding while maintaining a calm, organized front desk. Fear Free certification is a plus, and we value teamwork and a genuine love of animals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic animal behavior.

The pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position and is determined based on experience, skill set, location and other factors.
