Job summary

Pearland-Pet-Health-Center in Pearland, Texas is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our reception team. You will greet clients, manage appointments, and support doctors with medical history collection and billing tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Weekend availability as needed.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly care to patients and clients.
• Process invoices and payments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history.
• Determine the status of the patient's immunizations and tests.
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient's arrival and necessary treatments.
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian.
• Accurately input data into computer software.
