Responsibilities

• Greet clients with professional, empathetic service; respond to inquiries in person.
• Check-in/out patients and coordinate with staff on patient status and flow.
• Maintain client communications via phone, email, and mail; follow up as needed.
• Schedule, confirm, and forward appointments; triage patients by urgency.
• Explain services, vaccinations, diagnostics, and aftercare to clients.
• Handle sensitive situations with tact; manage payments and records.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure charges are captured.
