Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Medical background and familiarity with veterinary services are plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity and smooth operations.
• Promote hospital services and educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Provide friendly, professional service and ensure clients and pets are comfortable during visits.
• Handle documentation, scheduling, and invoicing with accuracy and efficiency.
