Job summary

Lafayette Animal Hospital in Portsmouth, NH is hiring a Client Service Representative to be the first and last point of contact for clients. You will manage appointments, answer calls, process patient information, and help communicate with the medical team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Veterinary EMR systems like Avimark or Cornerstone preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability.
• Update client/patient records in the practice management system accurately.
• Process billing transactions and assist with payments and insurance claims.
• Greet clients and support the medical team to ensure smooth patient flow.
