• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate discharge information across grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician, boarding and retail appointments.
• Understand, communicate, and prioritize scheduled appointments, client education and lobby triage for vaccine, wellness, parasite and retail needs to ensure an efficient schedule.
• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic, handle check-ins, inform about delays, and support clients during waiting times.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
