Job summary

CityVet Alamo Heights is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the primary point of contact for client interactions, both on the phone and in person. You will ensure a pleasant client experience while building relationships that foster brand loyalty.

As the first impression, you will manage check-ins, triage client needs by vaccine, wellness, parasite, and retail requirements, and coordinate with the team to maintain an efficient daily workflow.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older at time of hire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage client interactions with empathy and professionalism
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins and bookings for various services such as grooming, clinic visits, walk-ins, and boarding.
• Prioritize scheduled appointments and educate clients on vaccines, wellness, parasite, and retail needs to maintain an efficient schedule.
• Greet and welcome clients, assist with check-in, notify about delays, and accompany them during their wait.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and support the team to ensure a positive client experience.
